The Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the shareholders had at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held on Thursday, 31 October 2019approved the special resolution in relation to the proposed adoption of a new constitution in substitution for and to the entire exclusion of the existing memorandum and articles of association of the Company as set out in the Notice of the EGM dated 4 October 2019by way of a poll.

Theresults of the poll were duly validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by ASB.
