The Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB") wishes to announce that the shareholders had approved all the nine (9) resolutions as set out in the Notice of Ninety-Third Annual General Meeting dated 28 April 2017 by way of a poll.

The attached results of the poll were validated by the Independent Scrutineer, Corporate Streets Sdn Bhd.
