The Board of Directors of Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions, except for Resolution 5, tabled at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 11 October 2017 were duly passed by poll. Resolution 5 was withdrawn as Dato' Dickson Tan Yong Loong did not wish to seek re-election as a Director of the Company. The results of the poll is set out in the attachment below.

The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results hasbeen duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.
