Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of 46th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 28 April 2017 were dully passed at the 46th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, 6th June 2017 at 10.30 a.m.

All resolutions were approved by way of poll and the results of thepoll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
