On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pinehill Pacific Berhad, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 27 December 2018 were duly passed by way of poll.

The Board of Directors of Pinehill Pacific Berhad is also pleased to announce that the poll result has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely Commercial Quest Sdn Bhd.
