The resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') dated 5 May 2017 was duly passed at the EGM of the Company.
The resolution was voted by way of poll at the EGM of the Company. The reusltof the poll which was validated by Quantegic Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Companu is attached.
