All the resolutions (except Resolution No. 5) as set out in the Notice of 58th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') dated 30 December 2016 were duly passsed at the 58th AGM of Chin Teck Plantations Berhad ('Company').

The resolutions were voted by way of poll at the 58th AGM of the Company. Theresults of the poll which were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are attached.
