("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 30 May2019 were duly passedby way of poll at the EGM of the Company. The results of the poll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
