The Board of Directors of IRCB wishes to announce that at the Seventy-Third Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions tabled were passed by the shareholders present except for Resolution No. 1 on the Payment of Directors’ Fee for year ended 31 January 2013.

This amended announcement is dated 6 August 2014 and supersedes the previous announcement dated 25 July 2014.
