The Board of Directors of Selangor Dredging Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions asset out in the Notice of the Fifty-EighthAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 29July 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the AGM held today by way of poll.

The scrutineer for the counting of votes is Mr.Chow Leong Choon, anindependent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
