The Board of Directors of Genting Plantations Berhad ("GENP") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of GENP had, at the 39th Annual General Meeting ("39th AGM") of GENP held on Tuesday, 30 May 2017 approved all the Ordinary and Special Businesses set out in the Notice of the 39th AGM contained in the 2016 Annual Report.

The results of the poll were duly validated by Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by GENP.

Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
