The Board of Directors of Genting Plantations Berhad ("GENP") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of GENP had, at the Forty-Second Annual General Meeting ("42nd AGM") of GENP held on Friday, 19 June 2020 approved all the 10 ordinary resolutionsas set out in the Notice of the 42nd AGM by way of poll.
The results of the the poll were duly validated by Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by GENP.
