Outcome

The Board of Directors of Tanco Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 11 September 2019, was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the EGM held on 26 September 2019.

The resolution was voted via poll and the result of the poll was validated by Messrs Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company for this EGM.

The result of the poll is set out below.

This announcement is dated 27 September 2019.

Remark :

The Notice of EGM of the Company should be dated 11 September 2019 instead of 26 September 2019 as announced on 26 September 2019.
