The Board of Directors of Tanco Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the Resolutions as set out inthe Notice of the 59th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 31 October 2018, were duly passed by the Shareholders of the Company at the AGM held today, 29 November 2018.

The resolutions were voted via poll andthe results were verifiedby Messrs Quantegic Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company for this AGM.

* Tier 1 - Only the large shareholder(s), means a person who-

• is entitled to exercise, or control the exercise of, not less than 33% of the voting shares in the Company;
• is the largest shareholder of voting shares in the Company;

• has the power to make or cause to be made, decisions in respect of the business or administration of the Company, and to give effect to such decisions or cause them to be given effect to.
