The Board of Directors of Kluang Rubber Company (Malaya) Berhad is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 59th Annual General Meeting ("AGM")of the Company dated30 October 2018and tabled at the said AGM which was held today, havebeen duly passed. All the resolutions tabled were votedby poll at the AGM of the Company. The results of the poll which has been verifiedby Independent Scrutineers, Messrs. Deloitte is attached for reference.
