The Board of Directors of Riverview Rubber Estates, Berhad wishes to announce that at its 78th Annual General Meeting held on 12 June 2017, all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 78th Annual General Meeting dated 25 April 2017 were duly passed by way of poll voting.
The independent scrutrineer appointed for the verification of the poll results were Messrs. M.F. Chai & Co.
