On behalf of the Board of Directors of Amalgamated Industrial Steel Berhad ( AISB or the Company ), we are pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) ofAISB held today, 2 November 2017, the ordinary resolution referred to in the Notice of the EGMdated 16 October 2017 was duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
