NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Fifty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("57th AGM") of the shareholders of the Company will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Berjaya Room, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday, 20 December 2012 at 11.00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of 57th AGM, details as per attachment herein.

The Board of Directors of FCW Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 20 December 2012 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
