The Board of Directors of Boustead Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Ordinary Resolution on theProposed Disposal by Bakti Wira Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, of its 30% equity interest held in Jendela Hikmat Sdn Bhd to Cascara Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of RM180 million tabled at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, 29 April 2016 wasapproved by the shareholders by way of poll.
