The Company wishes to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 48th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll.

The polling results were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer for the e-polling exercise. Please refer to the attachment for the results of the polling at the 48th AGM.
