The Board of Directors of Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad ( LDHB ) wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 47th Annual General Meeting of LDHB held on 22 November 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Messrs Ong Boon Bah & Co., the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company. Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
