PROPOSED EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF RM55.3 MILLION OWING BY CITY PROPERTIES SDN BHD TO OLYMPIA INDUSTRIES BERHAD TO BE SET-OFF AGAINST FIFTEEN (15) CONDOMINIUM UNITS TOGETHER WITH FORTY-EIGHT (48) CAR PARK BAYS WHICH ARE PART OF THE PROJECT KNOWN AS 9 MADGE ("PROPOSED EXTENSION OF TIME")

We refer to the earlier announcementsin relation to the Proposed Extension of Time.

The Board of Directors of Olympia Industries Berhadwishes to announce that the shareholders of the Companyhave approved the ordinary resolution on the Proposed Extension of Time tabled at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today.

The ordinary resolution on the Proposed Extension of Time was carried by way of poll with the following results :-

(i) 160,263,763 shares (representing 99.759% present and voting) voted in favour of the ordinary resolution; and

(ii) 387,670 shares (representing 0.241% present and voting) voted against the ordinary resolution.
