Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Company's 57th Annual General Meeting that was held at Ballroom, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A, Jalan Bukit Kiara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 2:00pm, the Resolutions tabled (per Notice of the Meeting dated April 28, 2016) were voted on by Poll.

All Resolutions tabled were declared as carried. The results of the Poll are as per the Attachment herein.
