The Board of Directors of Genting Berhad ("GENT") is pleased toinform that the shareholdersof GENT had, atthe 49th Annual General Meeting ("49th AGM") of GENT held on Thursday, 1 June 2017approved all the Ordinary and Special Businesses set out in the Notice of the 49th AGM contained in the 2016 Annual Report by way of poll.

The results of the poll were duly validated by Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by GENT.
