The Board of Directors of Genting Berhad ("GENT") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of GENT had, at the Fifty-First Annual General Meeting ("51st AGM") of GENT held on Thursday, 20 June 2019 approved all the Ordinary and Special Businesses as set out in the Notice of the 51st AGM contained in the 2018 Annual Report by way of poll. 

The results of the poll were duly validated by Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by GENT.
