The Board of Directors of Genting Berhad ("GENT") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of GENT had, at the Fifty-Second Annual General Meeting ("52nd AGM") of GENT held on Monday, 22 June 2020 approved all the 10 Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 52nd AGM by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly validated by Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by GENT. Details of the results of the poll are set out below.
