The Board of Directors of Berjaya AssetsBerhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Fifty-SeventhAnnual General Meeting held on 28November2017 were dulypassed by poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment below.

The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results have been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.
