Outcome
The Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions, except for resolutions 4, 5, 8 and 13, tabled at the Company's Fifteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 20 October 2016 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll is set out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.
