The Board of Directors of Eastern & Oriental Berhad (“E&O”) wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting 1 ("EGM 1") of E&O held today, the stockholders of E&O had duly passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the EGM 1 of E&O dated 4 September 2012, attached herewith.
