The Board of Directors of Eastern & Oriental Berhad wishes to announce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 16 August 2019 was duly passed by way of a poll at the EGM of the Company held on Tuesday, 3 September 2019.
The resultof the poll wasduly verified by Messrs. Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
