The Board of Directors of Damansara Realty Berhad ( DBhd" or the "Company ) wishes to announce that the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) dated 27 August 2018 and tabled at the EGM of the Company held today, 21 September 2018 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said EGM.

The resolution was voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
