Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd ("F&NHB" or "Company") hereby announces that all the resolutions set out inthe notice of the 55th Annual General Meeting ("55th AGM") of the Company dated 27 December 2016 were approved by the shareholders by way of poll at the 55th AGM of the Company held today.

The results of the poll which are set out in the attachment below have been verified by Corporate Streets Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
