Outcome

The Board of Directors of Panasonic Manufacturing Malaysia Berhad ("the Company) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as prescribed in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 29July2016 were duly passed by way of poll at the AGM of the Company held at No. 3, Jalan Sesiku 15/2, Section 15, Shah Alam Industrial Site, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Friday, 26 August 2016.
