NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the the Fourty-Fourth Annual General Meeting (“44th AGM”) of the shareholders of Malaysia Aica Berhad will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Berjaya Room, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Thursday, 19 September 2013 at 1.00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of 44th AGM, details as per attachment herein.

The Board of Directors of Malaysia Aica Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 19 September 2013 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
