NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Forty-Third Annual General Meeting (“43rd AGM”) of the shareholders of Malaysia Aica Berhad will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Perdana, 1st Floor, Sport Complex, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Friday, 21 September 2012 at 10.15 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of 43rd AGM, details as per attachment herein.

The Board of Directors of Malaysia Aica Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 21 September 2012 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
