NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Malaysia Aica Berhad (“Maica”) will be held at Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Bunga Kenanga Room, Level 3, Jalan Putra, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Monday, 20 January 2014 at 10.30 a.m. or at any adjournment thereof, whichever is later, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing the ordinary resolutions, with or without modification, as set out in the Notice of EGM, details as per attachment herein.

The Board of Directors of Malaysia Aica Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 20 January 2014 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
