The Board of Directors of Melewar Industrial Group Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution as set out in the Notice of the 51stAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 30 October 2020were duly passed at the aforesaid AGM which was conducted electronically in its entirety via Remote Participation and Voting facilities ("RPV") at the above Broadcast Venue on 30 November 2020.
The Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2020and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon were received and duly tabled at the 51stAGM under Agenda 1.
All the ordinary resolutions and special resolutionwere voted by way of poll via RPV at the 51stAGM in accordance with Paragraph 8.29A(1) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Market Listing Requirements.
The detailed poll results were verified by the Independent Scrutineers, Symphony Merchant Sdn Bhd as per attachment.
