The Board of Directors of Melewar Industrial Group Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Forty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (49th AGM) and tabled at the 49th AGM of the Company held today, 29 November 2018, were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Shareworks Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out below.
