The Board of Directors of Asian Pac Holdings Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders present at the 98th Annual General Meeting ("AGM")held this morning, 30 August 2016 have received the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2016 as well as the Report of Directors and Auditors. They have also approved all resolutions set out in the Notice of 98th AGM dated 29 July 2016 by way of poll.

The results of the poll were validated by Ms Lim Bee Peng of UHY, the scrutineer appointed by the Company.
