The Board of Directors of Asian Pac Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announcethat the shareholders present at the 100th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held this morning, 21 September 2018 have received the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 as well as the Reports of Directors andAuditors. They have also approved all resolutions set out in the Notice of 100th AGM dated 31 July 2018.

The results of the poll were validated by Ms Lim Bee Peng of UHY, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
