PPB Group Berhad wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the notice of the 50th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 19 April 2019 were duly passed at the 50th AGM of the Company.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
