Sime Darby Berhad (Sime Darby) is pleased to announce that at the Tenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sime Darby held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Tenth AGM dated 11 October 2016, were duly passed by the shareholders of Sime Darby.

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and theresults werevalidated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
