The Board of Directors of Sime Darby Berhad ("Sime Darby" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ("13th AGM") and tabled at the 13th AGM of the Company held today, 14 November 2019, were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out below.
