The Board of Directors of Sime Darby Berhad ("Sime Darby" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twelfth Annual General Meeting ("12th AGM") and tabled at the 12th AGM of the Company held today, 15 November 2018, were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Deloitte Risk Advisory Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd), the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out below.
