Outcome
Dagang NeXchange Berhad ("DNeX" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Forty Seventh Annual General Meeting ("47th AGM") dated 7 April 2017 were duly passed and carried at the 47th AGM of the Company held on 2 May 2017.
All the resolutions were voted on a poll at the 47th AGM of the Company and the results of the poll wereverified by Mega Business Consultancy Unit, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
