Dagang NeXchange Berhad ("DNeX" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Forty Eighth Annual General Meeting ("48th AGM") dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed and carried at the 48th AGM of the Company held on 6 June 2018.

All the resolutions were voted on a poll at the 48th AGM of the Company and the results of the poll wereverified by Mega Business Consultancy Division, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
