Dagang NeXchange Berhad ("DNeX" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Forty Ninth Annual General Meeting ("49th AGM") dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed and carried at the 49th AGM of the Company held on 19 June 2019.

All the resolutions were voted on a poll at the 49th AGM of the Company and the results of the poll were verified by Yip Yih Peng from Mega Business Consultancy Division, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out in the table below.
