The Board of Directors of Pegasus Heights Berhad (Formerly known as Naim Indah Corporation Berhad) ("PHB" or "Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Forty-ThirdAnnual General Meeting ("43rd AGM")dated 30 April 2018 were duly passed by way of poll at the 43rd AGM of the Company held on 1 June 2018. The results of the poll were validated by Quantegic ServicesSdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 1 June 2018.
