Outcome
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Media Prima Berhad ("Company"), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the resolution as set out in the notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 2 November 2018 was duly passed at the EGM held earlier today.
The resolution was voted by poll and the results of the poll were duly verified by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The details of the poll results are set out below.
