Outcome
The Board of Directors of Media PrimaBerhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 4 April2017and tabled at the 16th AGM of the Company held today, 27April 2017were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said AGM.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
